Cabins & Campsites

If a campsite or cabin is cancelled 5 or more days in advance, a camp credit will be issued for the nights of camping ONLY, with forfeit of any reservation fees or credit card fees.

If a cancellation is not requested 5 days or more in advance, the entire deposit for the reservation will be forfeited.

There are absolutely NO card or cash refunds.

​

All camp credit expires exactly 1 year after the issue date!

Staff is more than happy to help you look for another date within the season to move your reservation to if needed.

The cancellation policy is clearly stated on the website, all confirmation emails, in the office, and all office staff members are knowledgeable on this policy. It is the guests responsibility to be aware of the rules and cancellation policy of the park.

Boat Rentals

If a boat rental is cancelled 5 or more days in advance, camp credit will be issued for the rental fee ONLY, with forfeit of any reservation fees or credit card fees. 

​

A cash or card refund will be issued (for the rental price only) due to inclement weather. This includes; high winds, thunder/lightning, and hail. We will NOT issue a refund if it's just raining.
